Like they say in Hollywood - The rest is history! What started as a baking hobby for family and friends quickly began to grow and turn into a small business. With attention to detail, and an astute pallet that requires exquisite flavor she can turn any idea into an edible delight!
Enid has had a love affair with patterns and color since infancy! She is a creative genius, who has worked in the creative industry for decades creating the most unique and amazing color patterns, and abstract designs!
With countless children's parties, adult birthdays, baby showers and weddings to speak for her, she is a sought-after talent in the event planning industry. Her decoration details are legendary! When she and her crew show up to an event, you know it is going to be great!
She is a planner who doesn't mind getting her hands dirty with grunt work creating all sorts of favors, goodie bags and posters for all occasions! She can take a concept from an idea to completion with flawless execution. Rest assured you are in great hands when she is on the case!
Pasteles made of Guineo, or bananas are examples of our great grandmother's ingenuity. When Yucca crops were bad, our fore-mothers did what they did best - improvise! On tropical islands bananas are abundant, and to feed your family you make do with what you have. The same recipe your great-grandmother had in her head to pass down to your abuelita and perfected in the mother-land of Puerto Rico. Only hand picked herbs and spices, homemade Sofrito, and carne seasoned with extra care to compliment the guineo masa. This handmade pastele is filled with pork , olives, capers, garbanzo and spices, (can be modified to preference, extra charges may apply)
