Yucca Pasteles have a lighter flavor. It takes a lot more work to put together to succulent perfection than other pasteles made in our kitchen, but they are so worth it! We pack this yucca base with cerdo/pork, olives, capers and the typical pastele herb and spices to compliment the Yucca in flavor.
